How Does the Home Inspection Work?
Each member is eligible to receive a home inspection after enrollment and 3 (Three) consecutive months of paid membership. The home inspection is conducted by a qualified home inspector and is scheduled at a time that is convenient for you. Each inspection includes electrical system, plumbing, mechanical and exterior. Once the inspection is completed, the member receives a detailed report of findings. The home inspection is key to being able to take a proactive approach to maintenance. By having the inspection we are able to identify potential risks or hazards that have been overlooked or gone unnoticed.

Who performs the work? Are they licensed and insured?All work is performed by competent, insured professionals. When required by local code, we use licensed professionals to ensure work is done correctly and safely.
Does the age or condition of my home matter?No. There are no exclusions based on the age, type, or condition of your home.REVi Advantage is not a home warranty or insurance, so older homes or fixer-uppers are welcome.

What happens if I miss a payment?Life happens. If a payment is missed:We will attempt to charge your card 3–4 times over 14 daysYour membership remains active during this timeOn day 15, the membership is suspended (services available once balance is paid)On day 30, the membership is canceledYou can always pause your membership ahead of time to avoid this.
How do I schedule a service?Simply call or text us and tell us what you need. That’s it.

Do I need to be home for service visits?Not necessarily. As long as we have a way to access the property (door code, key, etc.), you do not need to be home.
